Joanna follows a very strict diet plan which consists of a cup of orange juice, some fruits and two slices of wholemeal bread with butter in breakfast, brown rice with healthy side dishes like steamed chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, and salad for lunch and one chapati with some curry and vegetables for dinner.
Unlike other fitness freaks Joanna hasn’t given up her favorite meals, she eats anything she loves and works out more the following day.
Joanna says that whenever she feels demotivated she recalls the time when people used to taunt her laugh at her for her weight. Her old bad memories keep her going. She has a come a long since her childhood and now there is no turning back.
